Each room includes a king-size bed, private balcony or patio, flat-screen TV, mini fridge, and air conditioning. The Chairman's Suite features a 1,000 sq ft duplex with three balconies overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean. Waterfront Rooms have mahogany furnishings and direct beach access.

The resort has multiple dining venues. Topaz serves buffet breakfast, lunch, and themed dinners. Chef Pietro's offers à la carte Italian dishes. Pineapple Grill features steak and seafood. The Outhouse serves Caribbean BBQ with ocean views. Orchids, an air-conditioned steakhouse, operates twice weekly. Poolside snacks and tropical cocktails are available at the Tickled Turtle Bar.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of fruit and smoothie options. I enjoyed the waffle and omelet stations. I also appreciated the oatmeal, yogurt, desserts, and breads. The landscaping featured many palm trees and tropical vegetation. The beach was beautiful, with lots of chaise lounge chairs available for everyone.
The bathroom had a frosted glass door. It let in too MUCH light, made sleeping difficult.

The hotel location is very convenient, with easy access to the beach. The hotel is well kept. The surroundings are quiet.

The resort provides access to a sister resort. This provides more dining options. There were no issues finding chairs at the pool. I also found good chairs on the beach. The pools are small.

Guest services was personable. They focused on making sure every guest had a VERY enjoyable stay. They went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. A GREAT experience!

The hotel has many pools. I remember so many I didnt read about them LOL. Rooms are clean and simple. Drinks tasted good. The snack bar offered really good food.

The beach features many chaise chairs. Landscaping includes palm trees and tropical vegetation. There are several pool areas available . This setup creates relaxing outdoor spaces.

The daily buffet is ok with many options. A la carte restaurants offer better meals. My wife and I had several meals there. I highly recommend these restaurants.

My stay included access to tiki huts, kayaks, and beautiful pools. the staff ensured the hotel was clean and well maintained throughout my visit. i enjoyed exploring the fine beach daily, steps from my room. I especially loved the water, with its captivating colours.

the hotel is near devil's bridge, a local attraction, i did not have problems getting there. the grounds are well maintained, though the area is not noisy.

my oceanview room had sliding doors that opened directly to a beautiful view. the room was refurbished recently and included amenities like a fridge and coffee maker! the bathroom had new tiling, which looked romantic.

the breakfast buffet at topaz included a smoothie station, an omelet station, and waffle station! yolonda at topaz provided daily espresso and hot sauce. orchid offered extra service, including limoncello and passion fruit prosecco.
